Quality and service just like it should be. From the first time we visited the showroom we were advised, reassured and helped in our decision to use ERW.  Lawrence gave us a full tour of the workshop and paint spray area explaining the processes that all the windows/doors etc go through.  Ticking all our boxes for what we hoped to achieve.  From order to fitting we were kept informed, the installation date was given and didn’t disappoint. The guys who came to fit the door were polite, knowledgeable for any questions we had, and left the house exactly as they found it.

Excellent service throughout, from planning and design of my windows to the final installation. Each member of staff in which we had contact with were Polite, Respectful and Professional. The installation team were fantastic they left our home clean and tidy and were very highly skilled. The craftsmanship of the product and the fact the product was factory finished were the reasons for us buying and we were certainly not disappointed with the final product. Overall first class customer service from ERW.

Timely visit to measure-up and then provide quotation. Windows delivered/fitted on schedule. They are very well-made and look beautiful - have had many admirers. Would definitely recommend and have done so already!

Excellent service from ERW. Very supportive to help achieve what we wanted and fit the needs of a busy Community Centre. Teams were very efficient and even finished ahead of schedule! Extremely pleased with finished windows - and the fact they came already painted was a real bonus.
