Delightful stay and superb location for walking and public transportation.connections.nA good site criteria - friendliness / cleanliness and Ernie’s Plot deliverers 100% with some lovely little personal touches and a guaranteed warm welcome. I did feel the background traffic noise was intrusive during rush hour/ busy times but shouldn’t overshadow the overall experience.nStroll to the beach or the Illchester Arms and you won’t be disappointed also there’s a great ball throwing field in the village for your four legged friends or climb a steep hill or two nFinally and possibly most importantly enjoy the slice of apple cake on arrival or a delicious ice cream from the hut during your visit.
From beginning to the end of booking Ernie’s Plot.. first class! An amazing site with the absolute best humans running the joint! Everything is perfect.. extremely clean showers/loo facilitiesnNic & Adam who we nicknamed Tom & Barbara, just the nicest couple with a love of the country and looking after their animals.. Their gorgeous dogs Willow & Fern very friendlynWe’d definitely go back to staynThank you from Ali, Steve & Brie
Great little site with lovely view of Colmers Hill. Super peaceful site with good access to the A35, and easy for Bridport town, bus stop just outside the gate on main road. Little shed is stocked with food essentials and honesty box with fresh eggs available daily from owner's chicken's.
A great little site within easy reach of the coast. Some lovely walks right from your pitch and a nice pub just 10 mins walk away. Eight pitches with 240v and drinking water, two toilet/shower rooms - maybe a little outdoor sink for us camper-vans would be the icing on the cake. We sleep in our pop top so there was road noise. Worth a stay if you’re planning a trip to Dorset. A lovely welcome - which is always worth a star
We had a great stay at Ernie's plot. Our first trip away in our campervan. We really enjoyed the dorset apple cake- lovely touch! The site was quiet and facilities were great. Only a weekend but really felt like we'd had a holiday! We will definitely stay again.
