I made an appointment for a representative to call, I decided to do a will because of the problems I’ve had because my sister didn’t make one. Richard came and filled all the forms in for me, I did a will , powers of attorney and I decided to do a trust to protect my savings. I received my will in about 3 weeks, and all I’m waiting for now is my financial advisor to complete his job and put my savings into my trust. I found the company professional, Richard explained everything thoroughly and in words I could understand. I fully recommend them

I recently called the office after being sent a guide and what a brilliant service I had, a very nice gentleman came to my house and explained everything and I wasn’t under any obligation to proceed, I had a full asset protection package which was by far the cheapest after getting numerous quotes off local solicitors. The service from this company was A* would definitely recommend this company.

First contact through stall at local mall. Needed to get wills sorted out. Next contact man came to see us. Specifically told us that if we put our house in to a trust the local authority could not touch house if we went in to care.
All I can say is thank god there is a cooling off period.
It is hard sell through and through even told my wife that she could lose house if I went into care or died first.
The local authority have every right to claim against your property if they prove you took out trust to avoid this. 
Local authority are in court with nice chap whom sold you the trust question ( Mr so and so did you tell Mr and Mrs that local authority cannot claim against House in trust) now unless Mr so and so prepared to lie in court your house gone and equity walked away with x amount for absolutely nothing. Definitely miselling by any stretch of imagination. Please get advice first before giving these people any work

Horrible company that tries to sell you "asset protection" for three grand. I wouldn't trust them with your will.
