I don't think I've ever left a review for an online purchase before. However,  I do feel this company is worthy of a 5* review! I'm not sure how large this company is but I felt like I was dealing with my local saddlery which is ran by a good friend who was doing their utmost best to make my daughters Christmas! After the delivery company made a booboo and lost my daughter's main Christmas present hey, it happens this company went above and beyond to hunt it down. When the parcel couldn't be tracked they issued an immediate replacement and texted daily to update me with what was happening! Will be more than happy to order any of my future horsey products from this store! Thankyou so much to whomever the store worker was who assisted me over the phone the other week. My Xmas shopping is now complete, wrapped and we're all ready for the big day xx
