Have shopped here for many many years. Spending many £1000s on crystals. Always found the staff to be miserable but today was just too much. Three stood behind the counter looking at something. Girl looked up and didn’t even say hello to serve me. My card was not working as I needed to transfer money across. My daughter and I asked if there was Wi-Fi - blimey she barely responded but eventually we got an abrupt No. Not once were we asked if it was ok. She glared at us with a sour look and I have to Say we felt worthless as if we had stolen from them not once did they crack a smile. I continued to purchase one item. But we left feeling that we would never step foot in there again. What a bunch miserable people maybe change of career might help. Not involving customers!!!!
Visited the area on holiday and stumbled upon this shop. So glad I did! Brilliant trinkets and unique gifts in there, it’s like a tardis too! So many things to look through, and I’d definitely come back if I were to visit again!
I am absolutely disgusted at this supposed shop. In all our years of visiting this beautiful seaside town, we have never had any complaints until now. I was in the shop with my eldest daughter who bought a necklace. Whilst I was dealing with the asst my youngest daughter who has special needs and is 11 years, went to the counter to ask about one panda, the asst told her it was a set of three and my daughter paid £20! when all she wanted was one. Clearly as she has special needs my daughter didn't realise this, she has no concept of money, I saw this when my eldest made her purchase and challenged the asst. OMG, I have never known anyone so dismissive, my 11year old was in tears and I was told that I could not have a refund despite having a receipt and it could only be exchanged! My husband sought no sympathy whatsoever from these women who were neither empathetic nor understanding. I would urge those potential customers to stay away. I have a child with SENDS and they just didn't want to know, took her money which her Grandparents gave her in good faith for her holiday and never had any sympathy with us for doing so. I've had to click a star in order to review but they are the most awful individuals I've ever had the misfortune to meet.
Very eclectic shop with lots floors and sales rooms, quite a quirky shop. On the main street leading down to the harbour. It sells lots of pictures, jewelry, ladies clothing, gothic art and lots more.
Euphoria, is the only explanation I can think of walking round the shop, and so much to take in, can be a bit overwhelming for some. I bought an Amethyst church here for £80 quite a few years back, omg £200+ now.
Fantastic shop. We visit the Equinox shop every time we are in Tenby live in Cardiff and it didn't disappoint this time. Staff very helpful and friendly. There is so much stock there so you can't leave without finding something for someone. Highly recommended
Incredible shop. We thought it was just a little shop but it ended up being 3 floors of anything you could imagine. Dog friendly too which is great. We got some really high quality fossils and carved stones for a reasonable price!
This little shop looks very small from the outside, but step inside and it is like the tardis! Full of lovely little gifts and trinkets and upstairs is an array of dragons!! A must visit if in Tenby
Great little shop. With lots of unusual gifts and cards.
Loved this little treasure chest, visited it a few times on my weeks holidays. Could browse for hours. Picked up some lovely pressies to bring home. Will definitely go back.
