My mother was taken into A&E by paramedics following a fall with other symptoms. Paramedics were caring and efficient and the A&E staff were brilliant. Ok, the A&E was busy and we were there for maybe 5 hours but mum had ECG, X-Rays, CT scan, blood tests and others in that time. She was declared fit to return to her care home and we took her to save resources and time. Not sure how anyone could have done more. Big thanks to all staff and especially those on duty on afternoon/evening of 9/01/2018. Phil Hunt and V Thompson.

I was given a very good service at Epsom Hospital.Everyone was very supportive and procedures were clearly explained.Thank you to all the staff for their care and kindness. Well done!

I had the great displeasure of visiting this disgustingly filthy establishment in the early hours of this morning. We were sent by an out of hours Dr with our 20 month year old son - the waiting room we were made to sit in was so dirty we discharged ourselves after an hour.

Monday 5.03.2018 I went to A&E 6 in the morning after a night in pain, toothache. I was about to be sent all the way to Guildford with no explanation on why they are unable to take my case! Do bear in mind the pain was unbearable and no dentist cabinet was opened at the time! As a consequence I overdosed on painkillers and vomited all day and night! I had the worst 48 hours of my file here in UK! Being so sick and weak (unable to eat because of the toothache) I had to call sick at work and lost money also! I work 12 hours a day and pay taxes! If I were home they would have tended to my needs and in 5 minutes literally I would walk away a mended men! Now the Dentist to whom I am registered did nothing also but prescribe antibiotics and take 70£ away from me! My nightmare will probable end tomorrow 8.03.2018 When they will pull the tooth out! Shame on you! For being so shallow! Shame on you to have such nice hospital but no intention to help! Thank you so much!
