DO NOT BUY an Enzo home my problems, 1 bath not plumbed in. 2,wrong size pipes for waste out let's. 3 luxury laminate flooring just clued to the floor base no underlay 4 had to replace all flooring at a cost of £3500 5, Windows fitted buy Olympic windows absolutely cow boys. 6,no top soil in front and back gardens 7, all walls out of plumbed 8,all carpets are a cheap quantity no underlay under any of them. 9. All plaster around the house blown. 10.shrinkage crack filling was done buy a 10 year old cow boy 11,eletric problems are horrific over heating switches. 12. And my bath is held up buy 2nd hand laminate chop up floor boards. 13, and remember he and his team of cow boys are the best builders in south wales. 14. My next door neighbours house is even worse.

We are in the very early stages of buying a property from this company and in the process of selling our own home. Marie from Pink Move, and Paul the owner of Pink move, who are the sole agents have been absolutely outstanding so far. In fact in my lifetime I've owned 6 homes and no agency has ever been a fraction as helpful as this company. As for Enzo homes I've had an insight into the build etc and I am very happy with what I've seen. I'll update at a later date. Thanks to all, not forgetting the Pink Move valuer, John who is ultra professional and down to earth.

Terrible company that destroy ancient trees in protected forests to build their tacky little houses.  The owner is a lying little egotist who can't behave himself in court let alone out of one. Hopefully all the reviews and bad press will put them out of business.

People buy from people they trust.Its all very well to pass comments that “you haven’t bought a property from us” but if as a developer you are happy to illegally chop down trees that have been there for years to line your pocket what does that say about you? Can’t be trusted and do not care about the environment just your Bank Account!!!

Makes reference to the, `beautiful Penllergaer woods` yet fells a redwood, thought to have been the first redwood raised from seed, in the whole of The UK.You can`t make this company`s rhetoric, up. Disgusting. These trees are the heritage we leave our children and our grandchildren.How dare you take that away from them.This requires a thorough investigation by Natural Resources Wales..and, if found to be at fault, a massive fine and recompense imposed on Enzo. Maybe a new forest?

Although the houses are nice i had a Very bad experience dealing with enzo. Felt bullied and pushed around as he was unhappy with valuation because it was alot less than he was selling the property for. Something that isn't uncommon apparently, and then once a compromise was agreed he refused to sell the property as he didnt think my mortgage was from an adequate lender Skipton although I was unable to go with Halifax becuse they reject it. Shame really he turned out to be a bit of a cowboy builder!
