Envisage help take the stress out of purchasing a property. I have recently completed the purchase of two properties through Envisage. I found their staff to be extremely helpful and went the “extra mile” to ensure that the purchases went through on time. Pete conducted the initial viewings; I found Pete to be extremely friendly, polite and not pushy at all. Pete answered all of my questions when we conducted the viewings, and if he did not know the answer he pointed me in the right direction. Rita managed the negotiations on purchase price, and I was left feeling confident that she had acting in my best interest in ensuring that my offer was accepted, at a price I was happy with. During the purchases, Rita acted professional and promptly to my questions and got involved with Solicitors and taking queries from my mortgage broker when she did not need to – I am confident that without the help of Rita driving the purchases of the properties we would not have completed as quickly and efficiently as we did. I would not hesitate to recommending the team at Envisage when buying or selling a property.

Envisage has provided us great services and sorted out everything for renting a student house. Online communication is quick and effective. Their staffs are responsible and very professional. Recommend Envisage way more than other rental agencies in Coventry.

I am currently going through the process of buying a property. So far Envisage have being very supportive, which is reassuring as a first-time buyer. They have kept me up to speed with each new development and advised what next steps to take. They are also very responsive, which helps when you are keen to move the process along, as quickly as possible. So far, I am very happy with the service that they have given.

An excellent Estate Agent. When I bought my property in Coventry it was through Envisage and now I'm selling it I've decided to go back through them again since they did such a good job. The house I bought has been great to live in. Both times I've dealt with Envisage they've been attentive, professional and always fast to reply, especially the sales department. 5 stars!

We haven't lived in the house yet so can't give 5 stars, but so far our experience has been good. We originally booked a 6 bed house, but when 2 people dropped out late in the year the staff at envisage were very understanding. We viewed and booked a new 4 bed house 2 days after informing them of our situation. Overall we've been more than happy with the service we have received.
