We recently had a wood burning stove installed by Enviro-Flame. Both my husband and I were very impressed by everything that they did. Their work force was extremely efficient and also very proactive when a small problem was encountered. Their energy and professionalism were quite excellent. We had Dave and Claudio come to install our new wood burner and surround - could not be happier! They did and excellent job, were reliable and considerate during the whole morning of installation. Would highly recommend!
Jordan was great. Highly professional in every respect. Worked quickly and quietly installing a new fire, gave all the necessary details and helpfully demonstrated the unit before he left. Everything clean, tidy and in perfect working order. Would highly recommend.
Very happy with the service I received. I got a gas fire with pipes and flue lining installed from scratch. George was very knowledgeable and along with the rest of the team got my fireplace ready for the winter quickly and left everything nice and clean. At the end I got a gas safe certificate. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the team was willing to accommodate my special requests e.g. for new tiles and logs as opposed to coal effect. Highly recommended!
George came to sort out my fireplace & chimney yesterday the 17th May. He was so positive & filled me with confidence. He gave good advice, showed me how to pull the fireplace hood forward which is very likely to make a huge difference. He cleaned the chimney listening carefully to my concerns. I was very happy with the service. Thank you George.
Excellent work from Claudio and Dave today. One of the pieces of stone wasn’t pre cut right, but that didn’t stop them. They found a solution and had the stone recut and still finished early. They also left the house clean and in good shape. Aside from the very nice fireplace you’d hardly know we had work done here today.
Claudio did a great job last week. Was clean, efficient, fixed a few cracks that he discovered and left the house clean. Claudio was also very nice to my two dogs - one that took much interest in Claudio and what he was doing. Thanks for a great job and being kind to my dogs
Highly recommended. Very efficient, great communication, and competitive pricing. We did not even visit the showroom as we knew what we wanted so everything was done by phone and email very easily and professionally. The installation was again conducted perfectly. Couple of things needed finishing nothing that could stop us using the gas burner and we were told that it would probably be done jut after Christmas. We got a pleasant surprise as they called us yesterday to come and finish it. Lovely George again did an excellent job of it! Thanks very much guys! Happy Christmas; we know we will in front of our lovely fire!
Really helpful. I think we bought a fireplace from them 10 years ago. We had some marks on our hearth - probably water stains, see photos, and they gave some great advice on how to get rid of the marks and sold me some slate sheen that made the hearth look like new. Thanks - great service!
Fitted a new fireplace into an old opening in the flat. Scott was excellent in providing suitable options and talking through the pros and cons and very patient with my indecision!. Fitting team were professional and friendly and after sales care was flawless - so much so I organised for them to fit a new fireplace for my Dad too! Highly recommended.
