I was referred by my GP because of arthritis in my hand. The receptionist was welcoming and helped us in a few other ways whilst we were there. Once our time came my specialist came and welcomed me. Took me to the medical room and did a thorough Q and A and survey of my problem. He then gave two steroid injections, which are already helping me. We are OAPs and were worried initially how to get there from where we parked, perhaps some info in the initial invitation would be a good idea. Apart from that everything was quick, smooth and relaxing.
Not great... Parking is signposted badly, so difficult to figure out. Signage for main entrance, once you exit the lift points outside. Appointment sent to me for 9:30 but reception didn't open until 9:45, so couldn't check in. On the plus side, once the receptionist was there, she was lovely.
Tried to call, but although it is 11am on Friday morning, Circle have their voicemail switched on saying that I am calling outside the usual opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Bet they wonder why they haven't had any phone calls recently.
After waiting for 5months to have a scan on my shoulder, this week i finally had a scan. The consultant I saw was very thorough and professional, and now have an appointment for the 12th October for steroid injection and hopefully out ofof pain!
Consultant was around 40 mins late to see me then belitted the pain I am experiencing. Then he referred me to a service that I'd already completed the previous year without my permission. When I was eventually seen for an xray he hadn't put me forward for both knees so iI doubt I'll get the help I need. Absolutely disgusted with his attitude and lack of care.
Im still waiting for an appointment after filling out the form 6 weeks ago after a referral from my doctor as URGENT...
I saw a Dermatologist at the Hampshire Clinic a few months ago. This all went fine. Since then I have emailed the Consultants secretary asking some questions. I have been fobbed off and now ignored. Shameful service. Stay clear due to the medical secretaries- Circle Healthcare, Hampshire Clinic in Old Basing.
I have been trying to call for days, no one picks up and after 20 min I get hung up on. It's unacceptable I need to speak soon about my treatment which is dragged on for months now and no one seems to want to help. You say my call is important to you, but no on picks up!!
Had a call from Physiotherapist Mr. Warde on 11.06.21.I would just like to say how very efficient, thorough and kind he was. He was very helpful and patient when I was trying to explain my foot issues and called me almost exactly at the time I was given. This was so refreshing as last 2 calls from my own surgery, Camrose, Gillies & Hackwood Practice which they instigated not at my request, were 2 & 3 hours after latest time to be called, no apology at that, and were bruske in their manner and talked down to me. As a recently  retired nurse I found their attitude very condescending. Mr. Warde's call was an example to all staff at my surgery group on how to treat patients. Please thank him very much.
