A huge THANK YOU to all the team at Halifax, especially Zara, Shana & Sherry who dealt with me. This was my first time here & was more than I expected. Staff were warm, friendly, professional, attentive & everything was smooth & efficient. My hire car was in excellent condition & a treat to drive. The icing on the cake was unexpectedly taking me to to get my repaired car back. I will definitely recommend you have already & use again. A very positive experience!
Thank you to the multiple members of staff who dealt with me across the last 9 months while my car was being repaired. More so to the staff who I spoke with over the last few days who were patient, understanding and extremely helpful in the wake of being misinformed by my insurance company. Last month, they also asked me to exchange hire cars - which I did but gave them a very small window of time that I could do so. They were completely on the ball and I didn’t have to wait around for the next vehicle. Thank you so much to you all - I would definitely consider Enterprise Halifax for car hire under my own personal circumstances if ever required.
The staff at Enterprise Halifax were very helpful when I needed a car after my own had been in a collision. They liaised with my insurance company and found me a like for like solution with which I was very happy. Great customer service. They were patient and responsive throughout.
I wish to commend Enterprise Car & Van Hire Halifax for their excellent customer service, particularly Zara Latif. She was extremely helpful, competent, courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.
Thanks to Sherri at Halifax Enterprise My van was late to be returned, he collected one from Bradford and delivered it to my door. Very impressed he went the extra mile to get me the van on time
Service was great the staff were brilliant but the car was poor, dirty when we received the car interior and exterior both front tyres below legal limit and smell of petrol when starting up.
Excellent service from start to finish . Friendly helpful staff . Clean smart well presented van. Will definitely use again if I need to hire .
Update: 18/04/23 The Team at the Halifax branch is just awesome. That is the reason why I keep going back. I have used car rental companies allot, including other brances of Enterprise, but the Halifax Team is just out of this world. You should really reconise them for all their hard work and dedication! The manager was super helpful and clearly care for the work they do. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WOW! Never have I ever had such an amazing car hire experience! I have rented cars allot in my lifetime, but I can honestly say this was the ONLY time I have walked in and out in under 5 minutes. I had to slap myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming! Excellent customer service and the process is flawless! Just want to say a big thank you and well done to the team, you have got it perfectly right! Enterprise should give you an award.

Great service last Wednesday from Haris at Enterprise. Very courteous and professional. Rented a ford transit to move house, had to book for a second day, just me and my housemates underestimating the scale of the move, no fault of the van which was completely reliable throughout the day. Service on Saturday from Nizam, Sherry and Hasán was also spot on, very professional. Rented a van for half a day and was able to complete the house move. Would definitely use Enterprise in future for any van hire.
