Excellent service. We made a last minute booking at Enterprise Sterling. The entire process was very smooth. Conor and team were very informative, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They did not try to oversell insurance , etc. like a lot of other agencies. The car provided was great- new and clean. Even though we returned at a different place, they called to confirm everything was fine and the entire security deposit would be returned.
Kieran and his team spent most of a day trying to source a particular electric vehicle I wanted to try BMW IX. Unfortunately after calling around there was just non available in the country. I got a pony as an replacement lol. Love the commitment to keep the customer happy. Thank you
I recently had to hire a van from Enterprise in Stirling. Completed the online form two days prior, paid, and it was as easy easy as that. I received a call from the Stirling office the next day from a very pleasant man, to confirm my booking. I arrived at the office to pick up the van and was met by a very friendly young lady, whose name is Lisa. She explained everything to me about the contract and went over all the controls of the vehicle. When I returned the van, she checked it all and to be honest Lisa made the whole experience very pleasant. This was the first time I had used Enterprise, but I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.
Avoid using this branch as they are ran by cowboys, 200 quid to replace a tyre that I’m now thinking was already defective, poor customer service is an understatement! Double triple check what death trap cars they sell to you. Avoid this mob at all costs before they cost you! Pretty sure I smelled hash off the wee guy I was dealing with as well, looking at the reviews I can see I’m not the only one that’s been swindled by your lot. Also think the positive reviews are done by bots/ employees
Kerr and Mark literally went out of their ways. I needed a car for just more than an hour on a Sunday urgently as everything was shut. These boys sacrificed their lovely Sunny evening for me. One call from me to check from the number on Google just to check and Kerr just before end of work hours and he just said that “he’ll sort me out” . These guys truly made this trip memorable for me. Really quick pick up and quick drop as well with out of way assistance. Service worth appreciating.
I’ve unfortunately had 3/3 issues with the drop off and pick up service in the last week or so. 18th July - vehicle booked in for pick up 9am. There were no show or phone call by 12:30, so I called the branch checking if the pick up was still going ahead - I was assured someone would pick up the vehicle by 5pm, and a phone call would come through 30 minutes before they arrive. I call around 4pm as I had to depart the residence, and had not received any communication. Connor confirmed the pick up would not be achievable that day, but amazingly 10 minutes later he called letting me know someone was on their way - car was picked up 4:40pm that day but I did have to arrange for someone else to be present for the collection. 22nd July - Vehicle booked for drop off 4pm I received a phone call from Connor around 2:30pm that day letting me know someone was on their way soon which I really appreciated as the vehicle was booked for business travel. I call around 4:30pm as I knew the branch was closing at 5pm and hadn’t heard any further communication nor any knock at the door. Ross confirmed someone will be out soon, which was great and it arrived not long after 5pm lesson learnt from me to book drop off earlier in the day. 26th July - vehicle booked in for pick up 9:30am I call a day before at 3:30pm to check if the pick up was going ahead, Gemma assured it would be picked up around 9am. i call Gemma again around 12pm on the day 26th, confirming if the car will be picked up, I was told yes but they were running behind, & they will call half an hour or so before pick up. I call 3+ times between 4:30-5pm as I received no phone call with updates nor no knock at the door and unfortunately no answer on any call. I’ve departed the property for 2 nights now, so will call in the morning to organise another pick up time but highly frustrating that it’s been three instances in one week, and no call to myself to discuss potentially moving the time or day - which i’ll happily work together on. I have another vehicle booked for next week, so hoping for no repeat issues or stress.
Excellent service. We returned a car here, and an employee met us in the parking lot before we even got to the building. Our return took no time, and he even gave us a little ride to where we were heading.
Kerr was very helpful and quick at sorting me out with my courtesy vehicle. Very knowledgeable and gave me a walk through of how the vehicle works. Definitely recommend them and sure everyone else is knowledgeable and helpful too Returned my car to Ross. He was brilliant and the return process was really easy

Had a hire car while my own was in being repaired, Connor was superb at sourcing a car that suited my needs, had a couple of minor issues with warning lights on the car but was sorted straight away. Excellent car, great Customer service. Also thanks to Ben for dropping me at the garage to collect my own car when I returned their vehicle. Highly recommended.
