First time renting from Enterprise, they explain me very carefully, were helpful,help me to leave my car somewhere until next day, and was very nice and easy process Highly refined this location in Erdington

Reserved online, all details checked, payment taken, quick tour around the car for scratches etc. Completed within twenty minutes!. Rob was friendly, courteous and professional.

We hired a car from the Erdington branch for our holiday in July, the car broke down on the way home. After my first complaint no-one contacted me. After my 2nd, l had to phone them. While talking to the manager he put me on hold while he got my details up. 2 minutes later a woman came on the phone & told me "the manager is busy with another customer, he will phone you back" He never did, and l have not heard from them since. It seems once they have had your money 'customer service' goes out the window. I will not be using Enterprise Erdington again & would advise any one else to look at other hire firms.
