Had my car from Enterprise Stevenage, supplied from my insurance as my car was crushed on ice in December. There was a nice lady on the phone who asked me what car would suit me best, size , transmission, etc. I said I've been driving only manual and I would prefer same size car. Well, all sorted, i've get quite similar car to mine, and got use to it in 24 hrs. They asked me if I need a lift as they can help me. Harry picked me up from home as we stablished. As I heard the nice guy Harry gone in the army but he is wonderful as a person and I wish him all the best. I've taken the car back after more than a month, all good, they've returned my deposit with no problems. Nice stuff here and beautiful cars. We are looking to rent a posh one soon. I recommend them if you need to rent a car.

Be aware this company promotes the fact that they will 'help with a replacement vehicle when yours has broken down' don't be fooled!! they might well do however be vigilant when providing your CC details, because the have no communication skills sending emails or making calls to the wrong parties then suddenly deducting large unauthorised sums from your CREDIT CARD .. Be careful look elsewhere they are dreadful

Good friendly efficient service with excellent cars to hire aswell as vans of various sizes to suit your requirements. They are however expensive and require a deposit and this is only to be paid by credit card they don't take cash in any instance. The car I hired was new clean and very nice . I was very pleased with the car and the ease of dealing with the staff which could of been lengthy and complicated but was a speedy efficient experience which dealt with my transport issues as I required.

The staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. The car I hired was lovely but removed one star because the deposit and cost were slightly pricey but the service was great and I loved the chance to whizz about in a car I couldn't afford myself which made up for my own vehicle being out of action. Be warned the parking outside on the street is a favourite for traffic wardens avoid the heartless one on commission based pay 😁😀

You rent a car here...what more can one say....but, a word from the now very wise....Each scrape, dink, screen chip (if bigger than their size chart) will be charged at what ever your excess is (eg screen chip 250.00, stone chip to bonnet 250.00 etc...they could mount up). They will offer you their own policy to bring the excess down to zero at 6.99/day to a maximum of 70.00....they will tell you "you can claim this back from your insurance"...YOU CAN'T....it's your individual choice and the insurance companies will have nothing to do with it!!! For warned is for armed....
