The service we received from the staff was faultless!! Ive never hired a car before and so was naturally nervous and clueless about how everything wroked...Georgia was FANTASTIC at explaining everything i needed to know and made sure I understood it. All the staff there are so friendly and they made me feel relaxed. Next time we need to hire a car, we know where to go. We definitively recommend Enterprise Dereham!!

I have rented a van here three times this year and on each occasion I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.  Prices have been very reasonable as well.

This time with Enterprise was very good, the manageress Georgia was extremely helpful and competent. I don't like your method re petrol refilling, as a customer of quite a few years I find full to full, as Gatwick do, much easier and fairer.
