Great guys, were very accommodating when I was in a pinch the end of February when I couldn't get down there due to snow at my scheduled pick up time. Helped me out and great customer service, will definitely be back when I need a car again. Thank you.

Rent elsewhere. I was given a van with multiple dents and scratches and advised them immediately that nothing is marked on the contract to reflect the damages. They explained that they are too much minor to be listed as damages. Returned the car two days later without incident but was told there was a dent. The same dent I told them earlier about. They answer was that nothing was documented. Bunch of con artists.

Billy was super helpful when we needed to hire a vehicle to take our son and all his stuff to University. The staff here are happy, friendly and helpful. So refreshing - It was brilliant to be treated so well. I’ve had some awful experiences in the past but the level of service here was outstanding. Thank you! We will definitely use ERAC again.

The staff are highly professional and have prepared the car at short notice. Caius arrived early to make sure I get the car in time for my meeting in Kent. Great service - and a great team.

Absolute joke and will never go again. Billy (Raja) forced me to take out insurance products or stated my car is not insured. This comment reflects his dishonesty and hard selling approach. As he is a manger it is rather concerning. I also spoke to another member of staff and was told he is known for this further to stealing other colleagues commission. I will never visit this place again and will look elsewhere for car rentals based on my recent visit.
