I had no intention of giving these guys a review. Then I received a phone call asking if I’d give them a good review and agreeing to pay me £15 unused fuel credit which had been previously refused. 1 month and numerous phone calls later i still haven’t received the money so now feel compelled to write a bad review. So here it is. Sorry guys but this was completely of your own creation.
I use Caterham Branch led by Luke and his team on a regular basis and they provide the best rental experience I've seen anywhere. I've never been messed about, if they don't have the vehicle they find one BEFORE the collection time or they upgrade you at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Check-in is very fast, they don't pressure-sell the add-on insurance, they take zero time to check-out, you just hand the keys and go. No faffing about. They always pick me up and occasionally offer to drop me off. Never left me stranded. I can't recommend this branch enough!
Massive lack of organisation, dishonest staff quoting figures that turn out to be wrong. Overcharged without any reason. Complaint logged with head office on Monday and no response and today is Thursday.
Initially a bit of a wait when I first got there but have to say when it came to me, the Assistant Manager himself, Jeremy Sayad, made the whole process of picking up the car swift and easy; he remembered the detail of our previous tel convo - I did my part and he did his part - great result! What great customer service he provided, very thorough and with a smile. Was well impressed and would not only recommend that branch but would use their service again.
AVOID using they never answer the phone, and you are always chasing them. Be aware that when you sign the tablet they give you when you receive the car that you read the small print. If you receive any tickets/fines during the time that you have the car they charge £35 administration fee. This was not explained to me at the time. Really bad service and would not recommend to anyone
Last minute we hired a car for the weekend from Enterprise Caterham. Both Jeremy and Tinashe are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Caterham and would not hesitate to hire again. Thanks guys
Terrible customer service. They will cancel 2 hours before your due to collect a van on a friday afternoon for a weekend of work, no alternative available. Will definitely not use them again.
Dreadful company. If you don’t have a credit card they won’t let you rent. Has now left me stranded no explanation no understanding. This was not explained when I made my booking 5 days ago.And I was at the office when I was told this. I was picking up the car today!
Excellent customer service! Thank you Jeremy for sorting out the initial issue I had with the hire vehicle. I was swapped over to another vehicle quickly and efficiently, with such a professional and courteous team working together. Will definitely use again! Thank you Jeremy.
Customer oriented service attitude at its best. Hayden who attended me was very good and took time to explain variety of cars for my next booking too. I've booked 3 cars for the upcoming holidays I've planned already.
