Really great customer service. Jess and Rose were amazing. I had preregistered so it took about 30 seconds to both get and return the car. I was shown what I needed to know and off I went. The car was spotless and new a real pleasure to drive, it was shame to return it.I wanted to keep it! I would certainly recommend Tonbridge Enterprise.

Very impressed with the friendly and welcoming nature of the two girls working there. The only downside was when it came to paying on collection the price was higher than the one quoted online, which came as a surprise. We were able to negotiate a discount but still ended up paying more than initially expected. This was slightly disappointing, but the rest of the experience made up for it! Car was in good, clean condition and a decent trim level. The brief on how to use it was clear and concise. Overall I would certainly recommend Enterprise Tonbridge.

Was greeted on arrival by why I can only describe as the friendliest staff I have come across. They seemed genuinely interested in making conversation and made it a very easy and pleasant experience would highly recommend and definitely use again

1st vehicle wouldn't lock or unlock properly, replacement vehicle had permanent oil warning light flashing. Vehicles are poorly maintained and clearly not checked properly prior to rental. Staff appear helpful and bubbly but are largely disinterested.
