If I could give minus stars I would. I have not come across a more unhelpful business. Due to the way this company's systems are set up, my wife and son were not able to collect our car because my wife did not have a credit card my wife not being the account holder and her address no being verified on their system. After explaining to the branch attendant that I am unable to come and collect the car I am sitting in my car beside the road waiting for the RAC to come, I asked if there is some way to confirm my wife's address so that we can proceed using a debit card like using a bank statement. The answer was simply 'no'. The branch manager then refused to talk to me because she would apparently also only say 'no'. A phone call to the customer service department also did not yield any success. None of the staff was able to explain the me the risk their system was trying to manage and how we could possible work with my situation. Due to the time of day and where we stay, my wife and son would not have been able to catch a bus back home. The alternative transport would take them more than an hour to get home and cost no little amount of money. I find it really disappointing that a large company like Enterprise does not have alternative procedures in such cases. Many other businesses that I have worked with have multiple ways to verify addresses prove identity. I will unfortunately never make use of them again. **Unfortunately the reply from Enterprise to this review is not helpful either. The contact page provided links me the same customer service number that I already phoned. Better directions of how to get in touch with the particular respondent would have been helpful.**
Great service on 6/12/25. I needed a courtesy car after an accident. The branch is meant to close at 1pm on Saturdays but the kind lady stayed on until 4pm to give me the keys. Thank you!
Have rented with them for the last 3 years but had the worst experience the last time i rented.nDespite confirming that i will be coming late to pick up my car, my booking was cancelled without any notice and then was told i had no other car which i can rent out. Was offered one car smaller size than booked after 30 minutes and was made to feel bad that it was my error and not even one of them apologised about the error.nnWhats disappointing is you raise a feedback and noone even responds.nnWould not want anyone to go through this again.nnNever coming back. Worst customer service
Absolute scam artists. Was not shown round the vehicle or inside it. When we return the van to a different branch they noticed small damage which we hadn't taken a photo of. We explained we had only used the vehicle for motorway driving so hadn't hit anything and that we weren't shown round the vehicle. We were told we wouldn't be charged and this was also written on the damage report that there would be no charge to the customer. Then this branch decided to go against what we were told and charged us. Tried speaking to them, not helpful at all and just said it wasn't up to the other branch. Absolute joke
