I must commend the staff at the enterprise for their service. The staff that served us when we picked up the car was polite and professional and he found out the car we rented came with almost empty fuel, he was so apologetic and was so helpful to point us to exact petrol location where we can top up our fuel before our long drive. We were supposed to return the car to the city centre but was late and the office was already closed by the time we reached Athens, we drove to the airport office to return our car instead. Without asking, they immediately offered to refund me the surcharge for returning to different location. I received the refund on the next day on my credit card. The experience we had with this Enterprise was so different from the experience we had when we booked a car with Enterprise in UK, which was totally unprofessional and tried every single way to scam us.
Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, cars that are unreliable and falling apart. They are a franchise which is perfectly ran by professional charlatans. The will trick you to upgrade to overcharge your base rate. Red flag- Ask for details of your reservation, you will see They will never match what you booked for. Red flag- They ask you to contact your 3rd party website to look into your reservation. Even though your reservation is with their company directly! From their own website! Always look for exterior AND interior damages. They are pros at making up issues and stories about damages to take money off you.
Booked with enterprise no show at airport eventually after phonig up vehicle arrived with Appollo on it! Confused people looking for Enterprise! Car had scratches and dents all over with 120+k on the clock and not cleaned, fuel tank only 3/4 full. Returned vehicle and staff imeadiately tried to claim for damages luckily we had photographed every part of the car on collection. When this did not work they tried to charge us for cleaning the vehicle which we refused to pay. When I got my credit card statement they had taken an additional 20 euros from it, without agreement or permission just helped themselves from my card details. Booked with Enterprise and ended up with a bunch of robbing cowboys!!! Avoid
Made a booking for a "Tesla Model 3 or similar" but unfornately they didn't had the car available and instead offered a Lexus with a discount but I ended up canceling the booking instead because it's not what I wanted I wanted to rent a Tesla. That being said I appreciate the fact that they reached out to me and told me that they didn't had the car instead of simply giving me another car the said day like most rental company would do...
Easy booking, rental and return. Car was clean. My 1st time renting from Enterprise and very satisfied.
Great service guys! No not needed insurance or other selling/tricks. Office is near to arrivals, parking is 300m from there. Got an brand new Suzuki Swift 2021 Hybrid and loved it in the smals streets. Will come back
Update: It seems Enterprise turned back to the old bad service. I got a car today very dirty again, we even found a trash bag…. That’s really ridiculous! I had to come back and change my review for Enterprise. I recently used their services again in Athens and the procedure was excellent. The car was clean and very well prepared with plastic sheets around the steering wheel and the transmission lever. The contract was even ready so I spent zero time receiving the car. Congratulations to the team !
We actually had a pretty poor experience overall: - Car key was working intermittently - There was not a single drop of windscreen washer fluid - There were stains on the front seats - The car was handed to us with 3/8th of gas forcing us to refuel same day when we picked it up - When we called to complain for the above we were advised to go to a Germanos to replace the key battery and to a gas station to refill the washer fluid and that they would reimburse us. When we asked for a car in a better state we were advised that they could try but they couldn't guarantee that the other car would be in a better state. The said that it was because of COVID that they haven't received newer cars; the problem obv isn't that but poor service. When we went to refill the washer liquid, the gas station advised that the oil in the engine was really really low and it would cause a problem in the car. Surely poor service. - For some reason they did not accept Revolut cards, even thought we used Revolut both with Enterprise in France and with Hertz literally on the next booth in Athens' airport. - Overall the car was quite battered and it was the lowest possible spec available in Hyundai i10. The staff were polite overall so that was the one good thing; it was the first and last time we tried Enterprise in Athens instead of Hertz were we had none of the above issues ever.
I always choose Enterprise for my trips and so far I only had a positive experience. Especially the last time I had rented the wrong type of car that could not fit all of my luggage. I found out this after I had picked up the car and the employees went above and beyond to accommodate me and they switched the car to a bigger one in no time. The only feedback I would give is to provide some sort of priority when picking up from the airport. It can get busy as flights arrive and having a baby on the trip doesn’t make it easy.
I got a mini van cheap But after a few kilometres the service signal started flashing, the left headlight wasn't working and I had to drive 200km at night and the next morning the oil indicator was flashing because there was no oil in the motor. I had to buy oil and put it in the engine myself. Thankfully they gave me the money when I returned the vehicle. The car was rundown automatic when it was shifting gears you felt like someone was hitting the breaks. Not very clean and I had to carry 3 infants. They promised an upgrade or discount next time. I doubt there will be one!
