worst place ever to hire a car..staff are rude cant be bothered to answer the phone,when they do they put it down on you sayin its the lines fault..rip off prices on extras...only good thing about this place its when it shuts for the night

Booked here for several times and not have a problem at all. But today manager didn’t accept my driving license saying that it is not legal to use my international license, which I used at the same branch for 4 times in last 2-3 months. Moreover, he couldn’t show me the reference in a law. Poor service, especially for tourists.

Just great. Did exactly what it said on the tin. Lovely staff, great car and a very short walk from the back entrance to Cardiff central train station. Ideal.
