After dropping my car off at the body shop I arranged for Enterprise to pick me up but had to wait nearly 2 hours without a single apology and then given a car that was filthy. Enterprise Maidstone absolute rubbish

Awful company to deal with! Deposit is taken instantly from account and takes 3 working days to refund! Also I forgot to pay Dartford toll!! haven't charged me £3!! Charged me £35 fine and £35 ADMIN FEE!! £70 all in!! Joke of a company. Go to practical van hire
