I booked a week in advance, I arrived on time on the monday morning. I was told there was no vehicle available for me, Had to wait over 3 hours for a vehicle to be available which totally ruined my plans for the week. Was offered discount on an insurance to compensate, This was no compensation at all to me. disgusting

Our rep, Aaron, was a very polite friendly young man. Very nice to be picked up in the car I was renting, and he drove us to the train station at the end of the rental.

I only have given 4 star, because we are not really renting a car, it is a courtesy car from insurance claim as someone went into the side of our stationary car, we found the staff extremely helpful, and the car very nice!!

The staff were very helpful in getting me a car as I needed one asap as I had mine written off and needed to be mobile for work. The girl on the desk was new to the job but she was very helpful and efficient and customer friendly answering any questions I asked in regards to the hire of the vehicle.
