Absolutely shocking service!!. I was contacted the morning of my pick up date to be told " we don't have the vehicle you ordered, but have something much bigger." I told them it wasn't suitable for what I needed and couldn't use this vehicle. Only to be told "it would be sorted out by the time I arrived" so after walking across town with my 4yr old and his car seat, I arrived only to be told "they didn't have the vehicle I ordered!".. why not just tell me in the morning!!!! It caused me no end of problems as I was unable to arrange rental from elsewhere at such short notice. Needless to say, I'll never use enterprise again. And advise others not to either.

Always feel like I get a good service from Enterprise and no different from the Bolton branch. Was looked after well by Rebecca for initial rental and appreciated the lift home from one of the managers (apologies can't remember his name, maybe Matt?). Would recommend and use again for both car and van hire.

Great staff. However the first person who picked me up was a sales man. Didn't really talk to me other then trying to sell me deposit protection. Rest of the staff were ok

Always very efficient and helpful. Have hired a number of times and have never had any complaints or issues at all. Great staff and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
