A very young team, but don’t be fooled…extremely professional from start to finish. Everyone was polite, efficient and genuinely helpful.nnI’ve rented cars in different places across Europe over the years, and this one was a very positive experience. Even though my interaction with the Runcorn branch was relatively short, everything felt well organised and smooth, which says a lot about how the branch is run.nnIt’s great to see the younger generation delivering such a high level of customer service. Well done.
These guys are absolutely fantastic, I've delt with a few different people in here and every one of them have been brilliant and really helpful. All the vehicles I have had have been kept to a really good standard and clean inside and out.nI had to do a change out because the van was no good for me and it was delt with quickly and really nicely. I would 100% recommend coming here if you need something to get you about
What a refreshing experience! From booking on-line to handing the car back was excellent.nnThe staff could not have made the process better, they were really helpful I arrived early - not a problem! Really polite actually chatted whilst paperwork was filled in Checked that I was happy before signing paperwork.nThe Nissan Juke was immaculate and EXACTLY what I required.nnI arrived back early, again sorry! but it wasn't a problem. I also had a bootfull of shopping which the manager said I could leave it in there until my lift arrived.nFantastic experience from start to finish.nnI am absolutely delighted to have received a phonecall this morning to double check that everything with the rental went ok and I was happy. How many companies do that these days? Good old fashioned customer service - thankyou Team Runcorn.
Very poor! Sadly I had a non fault accident and they were quick to give me a courtesy car which I was initially grateful for them they wanted it back for service within a few days then gave me another then wanted it back 4 days later I'm out of pocket on petrol I put in the 2 vehicles. They have twice rung me trying to give me another car but I'd rather have no car than one from these.
5 StarsnnI’ve just had a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Runcorn. From start to finish the service was faultless. The team kept me informed the whole way, and nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, and the handover was quick and professional.nnA special mention for the staff on reception – friendly, genuine, and clearly take pride in what they do. It really makes a difference.nnI wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
