Great car but Customer Service was disappointing. We understand that Covid played a part in this but even so, leaving a 72 year old standing in the bitter cold for half an hour without an offer of shelter or a hot drink was disgusting considering we are supposed to be avoiding people catching a cold.

I don’t often leave reviews however in this instance I wanted to share feedback as the staff were really accommodating and patient with my questions and needs. No hesitation in recommending. Specific thanks to Michael whose customer service was excellent, thank you for answering all my stupid questions!
