Hired a Nissan juke for a few days, lovely car and the service was really good, the area was perfect as the road wasn't busy and would be better than driving from a built up area, specially if a nervous and driver haha

Do not trust this company, I had a car for a week after someone crashed into my car and was being repaired, they collected there car from the garage where my car was being fixed and notified me that everything was fine with there car, now a month later they are stating i have to pay £100 for a scuff on the front bumper, what an absolute LIE this is and I will not fall for it, considering i didnt even use there car i used my partners. Be very wary if renting a car of these. Absolutely disgusting and money grabbing liars and they should be ashamed.  Update, so I have been sent photos of the scratches and the damage they claim is from myself, it is the same damage that was already on the car when I collected it. Obviously trying to pull a fast one as they claim it is from me, even though the manager has stated to my face when I went to see her at boldon enterprise that it could be from a previous customer.  ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Fantastic professional service  Polite staff they even came picked me up to.take me to.get my courtesy car through the Rac onward travel service very friendly always had a great experience from this company and nice clean modern vehicles top marks from me Thankyou for.your needed help.

I have had 2 dealings with enterprise when my car unfortunately broke down, and I simply cannot fault the team, they’ve been so accommodating it’s unreal! The team collected the first car even though I originally said I’d drop it off, the second car they gave me a larger car as they realised I had a needed it for the kids.  100% best branch in the north east

I had to use a courtesy car after a road accident which was supplied by Enterprise.  I found their service very efficient. Their staff very friendly and helpful a brilliant all round service.

Disgusted in this company! They took over £400 from my account with no prior notification 8 months after a car was rented for me, claiming a scuffed bumper which did not happen in my care! The worst thing is I was called by the manager the day after dropping the car off and was told everything was perfect and they refunded my deposit! I am now seeking legal advice and I would recommend everyone to stay away! If you have no choice but to use them take photos of every part of the car on collection and drop off. A google search will show they are known for trying to pin pre existing damage on customers!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful when I hired for work.  4 stars given due to be given a van without air conditioning. I did not expect in 2022 that a company as big as enterprise would give vehicles to customers without air conditioning.  A heads up dress light if you drive this van it gets rather hot!

Don't get a car from here they put a claim in against me with my insurance for damage I did not cause and now I have a none fault claim on my insurance for something that was nothing to do with me now my insurance is going to go up  Luckily I had photos from the day I received the car if not my insurance was saying I would have to pay my excess of £350  First photo is the day I got the car with the damage the second photo is them trying to say that damage wasn't there
