I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I made the reservation to the return of the vehicle, everything was smooth and hassle-free.  A special thanks to Hamza, who provided exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I got the perfect car for my needs. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole process a breeze.  The car itself was in excellent condition and performed perfectly throughout my trip. The pickup and drop-off processes were efficient and quick, saving me valuable time.  Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Enterprise. Thanks to Hamza and the entire team for making it such a pleasant and stress-free experience. I will definitely be renting from you again!

I’d like to mention Jay from Enterprise Rochdale for making the whole process of getting a hire car as effortless as possible. He definitely went above and beyond by calling me up as he was closing up for the day to ensure I got a car ASAP, arranged a car for the following morning and got me back on the road in no time.  Service like this deserves a mention especially as I work in retail and I’d be really pleased to know my staff went the extra mile like Jay did, top stuff!

Can't say a bad word about them. Made it easy for me to get the car. Also when I dropped the car off I asked where the train station was. Instead of telling me they gave me a lift to the station. This is the kind of customer service that is going above and beyond. I 100% recommend them.

Absolute brilliant bunch of guys!! After a RTA our insurance arranged for a hire car from Rochdale,we collected the car on a Sunday & the car had just been cleaned ready to drive away. Very professional,would definitely use again should the need arise.

I have hired from enterprise many times, the best service I have received from enterprise was at this branch they did everything they can to get me a car. I reserved a 7 seater online a few days prior to my  booking and went In to double check and was told I would get a call on Thursday to be told to call back on Friday a day before my booking I was told that the 7 seater would definitely be coming in  the evening,  so as a precaution I popped into the office a day earlier only to be told there's no seven seater,  I had made plans and this put my in a really bad situation, I tried calling the office a few times to make sure but no answer , on the day of my actual booking an hour later I get a call asking me why I haven't come to collect the car and explained what happen,  the Chap on the phone was very professional however the guy in the office was not very polite ..  The price and location of the pick up was really good and I was looking at future bookings but unfortunately this experience has put my off

I needed to hire a car whilst mine went in for repairs. Everyone who I interacted with, couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick service and hassle-free throughout. I needed a car swap and the branch manager had no issue in sorting that straight away. But Rayaan and Jack in particular,  went the extra mile to make everything stress free and easy for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Enterprise again.

Accepted by booking for a van on Wednesday they say Thursday anyway, the point is they accepted it and I needed it for work. However on Saturday they phoned to tell me the van wasn’t available. Massive inconvenience, hugely disappointing service. Very poor, I’d give zero stars if I could!
