Well these guys excelled yet again. Fantastic customer service from everyone. Got so much for my money and the vehicle was fab. They actually gave me a free up-grade due to my van being stuck in traffic. Also got a lift back to drop my car off and also pick it up after returning the van. Highly recommend to anyone. 5star.
I recently had to put my BMW into the dealers in Sheffield at short notice to fix a fault. At the dealers I met Paul Gray of Enterprise who sorted everything out for me. He provided a replacement BMW of the same size and completed all the paperwork at once. I was back on the road very quickly . Full marks.
Great friendly staff just like all the other branches. Always get the impression the staff are happy to be at work and happy to help.
The staff are friendly and push to get the right things done for you. I did however, find that on occasion, I would get there and the cars wouldn't be ready for me to pick up. Otherwise though, faultless.
