My advice is avoid. Use a smaller local firm instead. I was in the wrong vehicle for a month. Sadly Enterprise are the chosen Hire firm of Admiral insurance. I booked by telephone a certain size of large van. I was given a smaller van. This was totally unsuitable for my work. Despite many attempts via the insurer to get it changed, this very large national company were apparently unable to source the correct size I see very many Enterprise liveried vans of the correct size everyday on the road The vehicle had dashboard engine management lights flashing like a Xmas tree. I had the RAC look at it but they only managed a temporary fix. Also the radio had very poor reception. I discovered the vehicle did not have a radio aerial fitted ! Communication with the branch was very poor. It felt like " well he's got a van that will do". After the hire finished a month I received a call from from the Branch mgr. He failed to call me back at an agreed time, so I had to ring him. This conversation was not very useful. I then received a call from the area manager. He admitted Enterprise had failed on every level and was listening. Its a great shame he was apparently not aware of the problems until AFTER the hire ended. He had some vague offers of "looking after me" should I ever need another vehicle. I was put to a lot of trouble trying to make this unsuitable vehicle work for my business. Schedules needed to be changed, other vehicles in our fleet had to be used. We cannot afford to risk Enterprise again. Below this Review, I'm sure there will be a response from Enterprise saying you will be in contact to discuss the issues. DO NOT contact me . Enterprise had its chance.
Shocking customer service. Told car would be ready from 11am Saturday. I was delayed due to no fault of my own, tried to call them after 12 to explain. Office closed at 12pm & closed all day Sunday! Turned up at 8am Monday morning to be told the car had been given to someone else without so much as a phone call! Lied about calling my landline when there was no landline on file & had called me at least 3x earlier in the week on my mobile but made no attempt on this occasion. This left me with no vehicle to do my NHS community job home visits for the day as they had no alternative! Customer services not interested. Would never use this company again. Only used them as the garage who were fixing my car had booked hire car in with them. Told me they would have a car in the afternoon, phone call from them after 7pm offering car at 11.30am the following day - when I'm on call 12 hours for the hospital! Beyond useless.
Excellent service would highly recommend Harry supported me through process from start to finish very professional and prompt i would definatly use again.

Very professional and polite team, car was arranged and was there to collect and the return process was very efficient 10/10.
Good service, they had to give me a smaller car than I requested but offered a 10% discount, I then had problems with that car and they upgraded me to something more suitable, albeit for a discounted fee. Friendly, professional staff
Poor customer service. Car was also poor, not cleaned before I picked up despite them having almost 24 hours between telling me it was available and me collecting, certainly not cleaned to covid standards as detailed on their website. Car I was given, insurance job so I couldn't choose it myself, came to me with service light on and faulty drivers door. Rated their service acceptable when I returned the car and was challenged as to why so explained the issues to which I was given excuse after excuse. Used them because they were selected by insurance company, would not use through personal choice.
First class customer service at every stage of the rental. Highly recommended
