Yet again the nightmare that is Enterprise strike again. After having multiple issues with other local offices, I thought I would try the Leamington Spa branch as a last resort. As a small business we rely on hiring a van to pick up large items, that we cannot do in our own vehicles. I booked a Luton Van with tail lift, 3 days in advance, I thought that would be more than enough time. However I got a phone call on Saturday afternoon just before the office closes, to be informed they can’t source the vehicle for the 8am pick up on the Monday coming. I now have to find another company, that I know can source the vehicle, however this will cost £60 more than what I paid for the enterprise booking. But to make things worse, I’ll be told that to cancel the booking, I will have to do it online which will also incur a percentage deducted from the refund, even though it’s enterprise who have yet again undelivered a service. I’m starting to wonder if false advertising is being used by the company. This has been common with the commercial van side of things.
Fantastic service from a really friendly team. From booking to picking up and dropping back off again everything ran so smoothly. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
Pick up and drop off went smoothly and staff were friendly. However I was contacted that my online booking was to be delayed as the previous customer did not return my hire on time. Although not directly Enterprise’s fault, it did cause some delay to my plans and no compensation was offered.
Another poor rental... No one picks up On Dat even though google says open and their website, the line says local branch closed Never get the XLWB van and always downgraded to smaller van .last time no one even opened up and left my paid van outside...very very disappointed as always and wish i could just go to another branch from now on
My wife recently had a car for on 17th January 2024 for 48 Hours in January via AA through, as her car had broken down. When she went to collect the vehicle the advisor did not explain anything to her properly, I was there with my wife and he got her to sign on the IPAD Device. The advisor said she would be paid back when she returns the vehicle on Friday 19th January. On Friday 19th January 2024, we went to return the vehicle the advisor said she would be paid back. After waiting for about a week she spoke to an advisor called Chloe whom also said she would be paid back within 14 days, every time we have called Enterprise-Rent-A-Car keep saying we cannot even find the booking for 17th January 2024 and they have not paid us back, they are not very good service. Had my wife known this was going to happen we would not have got this car for 2 days via AA - AA have not been very good and helpful nor have Enterprise-Rent-A-Car in Sydenham, Leamington Spa. We would not recommend them and they have kept the £40 deposit we had paid them. they did not give us anything, paper work regards to this rental and we are not very happy.
Excellent service from the team at Leamington Spa depot. When a van hadn't been returned, Callum went above and beyond to find a vehicle to enable me to get started that day as soon as was possible.
Very attentive and friendly. Car hire places usually annoy me. This lot could not be more helpful.
