BE AWARE! The manager gets his staff to sell you excess insurance at £20 for £100 excess for vans. But, Enterprise's policy is £250 for vans. I did have a scrape so thought my excess was £100. He eventually agreed he mis-sold us the excess insurance. Sent the rest of the deposit back on the day. Only for a month later to get re-charged £150. It's fine, the accident was my fault but just be aware of him mis-selling extra insurance & charging you a month later. He knows what he's doing! Shame, won't be using again.

Absolutely brilliant service from first phone call spoke to the same gentleman through out my experience such a personal touch car hired by insurance after a non fault claim. Arvid from sidcup branch pleased to deal with you.

Ordered an extra large commercial van but I got a call the day before to advise there was a Luton van with a tail lift waiting for me, not quite what I ordered but it was ok for my needs. Counter service on both days was quick and professional. The price was very competitive if reserved well in advance

Hired an extra large Mercedes van online, rang to change the collection time which was sorted with no problem. The van only had 500 miles on the clock so was in excellent condition. Both girls in the office were very helpful and friendly and the paperwork was sorted quickly without any problems. We were offered windscreen/tyre insurance for an extra £5 which we took out. After we returned the van our £200 deposit was back in our bank account within a couple of days as promised. Definitely would use Enterprise again and highly recommend.
