We had first class service from the moment we walked into the Glasgow Office. First from Emma and then the following day with Ian. On return Andy and John sorted our drop off with no hitches and processed our hire details for the following day with our next vehicle. All the staff were friendly and courteous and took time to explain all the important policies related to our hire and gave us some helpful information about our drive up into the highlands. Thanks to the whole team in the Glasgow city centre office, great service from a happy customer

Great service, friendly staff could not do more to help you. Dog friendly as well unlike lots of other car hire places. Will rent from them again.

Really nice staff. We were attendes to promptly upon arrival and we were given an upgraded car which was also nice. Really happy with the service provided.

Rented a nine seater van for an overnight trip. Customer service was great. Vehicle came at a very reasonable price. The underground garage in which they're based was a bit tricky to navigate the van out of, but nothing insurmountable. Would rent from them again.
