Excellent customer service from the Gravesend Team, especially Jan. Our house move was on and off for well over a week and our booking was cancelled and modified several times. This did not phase them at all and they were very understanding and totally sympathised with our predicament. Highly recommended.

Really friendly staff, made everything very clear and straightforward with regards to my courtesy car hire. To those who are saying damage was found that wasn't there, take photos of the car before you drive it off the forecourt--problem solved. I also personally found that the younger guy (Alex?) who checked me in to driving the car gave me ample time to point out any damage that I saw that I wanted noted (which other rental branches I have used haven't given me the opportunity to check, but I took photos of my own accord anyway on those occasions), so I'm unsure as to why people are saying that they are being stitched up. I'd recommend this branch, friendly bunch of people who gave me a great service.
