I've been really happy with the service from Enterprise while my car was being repaired. Being able to have my own car picked up from their site by the repairers, then vice versa, made my life so much easier and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. I will go here for any future car hire.
This 2nd time I rented car from Enterprise Carn1 st time no issue and very nice staff get car from DD1n2nd time car should take from 12 but there was no car available and was get at 15:00 pmnAnd most of my plan was delayed and cancellednAnd the 3 days some one call me at 9 am to return back early without any justificationnFinally the staff friendly and support
On Wednesday I had to hire a car from enterprise the kingsway branch as I had a family emergency down south hiring a car from a rental company at short notice can be very difficult but this branch sorted my car out for me I hired a car from Arnold Clark last year and I never received this sevice I received from enterprise the enterprise staff member took time out the explaine the rental and the car to me I handed the car back today the enterprise staff member Ben was very catty and helpful on the handing the car back 10/10 kingsway branch and I will definitely be using enterprise again in the future
Awful service. Booked car hire online but received a call an hour later that there were no automatic cars available. Agreed to a manual car if they can confirm that night booking was for the following day. No confirmation given. Then got a email at 8.30am the following morning saying they had an automatic and would I like to proceed with that. Responded at 8.56am to confirm cancelled the manual car hire that I’d arranged over night then got a email at 9.40am to say they’d given it to another customer.nnAssistant Manager, was so dismissive, rude and unhelpful.nnWould never go back here. WE-Rental were so much more helpful and accommodating- I’d recommend everyone tries them before here.
We booked a van for 9am to move house. We received a call the day before informing us that it would be slightly late and collection would be 9.30 instead. The van eventually turned up at 11am! The staff member informed us to take photos to prove the condition of the van as they didn't have a note of all marks.nnThere was also no petrol which we weren't informed of. This was highly stressful and added on additional time that we didnt have. We didn't actually leave Enterprise with the van untill 11.20. This put us significantly behind moving house. The staff did not recognise the inconvenience and presented as unphased. We returned the van the next day at 9.30am even though we didn't have to return it till 11.20 as we had previously agreed with the staff member the day before.nnAfter 12 days we still havent received our £200 deposit back, when we called we initially got accused of damaging the van despite us having the photos and two staff members checked it over on return. Then we got accused of returning the van back late, when infact we returned it earlier than 24 hours. We were never informed they were withholding the deposit or had any issues, we complained about this at the time and were informed that a manager would contact us- they didnt.nnThere was a email feedback form that we complained on and we have again not had a response.nnWe still have not received our £200 deposit back.nnI would strongly advise not using this company. The stress this caused us on the day of moving house was really disappointing. We accept that sometimes things can happen and would have accepted a sincere apology, but the fact we got accused of two different excuses to not return our deposit is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of staff training.
