Be aware of these scammers.nThey will give you a damaged hire car then once you give it back in the same condition they gave it to you they will claim you damaged it and try and make a claim on your insurance without even making contact with you first .nUnfortunately for them I had evidence that proved I was not at fault for any damage.nWould highly recommend avoiding as this is probably a re-occurring issue.nIf you do end up having to use them take photos of everything before you drive the car anywhere!nThe car was a black 23 plate Mercedes C-class for anyone wondering.
Imran was incredibly helpful in sorting us out with a rental car after our own has broken down mid-trip! He answered all of my urgent questions patiently. Quick and easy, we were back on the road in just a few minutes.
Got my replacement car here but my Mrs use this branch I think twice or more Michael and Amy friendly and pleasant to talk too thank you guys.
Staff brilliant, process quick easy.n2 cars in 2 weeks first kept flashing tyre pressures and 2nd car had no jet wash liquid or reverse camera which was annoying.nnBut wasn't worth a moan about, then forgot tell them as car was picked up
Ryan and Amy were so professional at their work. I hired a car and they helped me a lot for choosing the right one. They are very supportive and their service was 10/10 . Defiantly coming back again.
