I have used Enterprise on many occasions and I am a member of their loyalty programme.nThey have never let me down in all the years I have been with them, this occasion was not any different. The quality of vehicle supplied was top notch...not even reached 900 miles on the clock and the cost for a 2vweek hire was fantastic.nPick up & return process was very fast and flawless...the staff are so helpful and pleasant.
Sorted out by David MacAuley & his team with a brand new vehicle after the Kilmarnock branch who were *useless* gave us a car with an engine fault then put us on hold *forever*. David was very friendly and helpful, moving his schedule around to get us a new replacement which was very much appreciated. Thank you David and team!
Following an accident we had they where so helpful in sorting us out with a courtesy car quickly. Friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend.
My car broke down in aviemore and the rac organised for a hire car from enterprise inverness. This was a very stressful day but was made better by the very friendly and helpful service we received from Gregor in the inverness city branch. They organised for one of there friendly valleters to pick us up from aviemore and take us to inverness which really helped our situation of being stranded with all our luggage. Gregor was informative and friendly and got us on our way very quickly. The car suited our needs perfectly and the hand over in aberdeen enterprise went very smoothly. I would recommend this hire car service and would use them again.
