What a great company!! From start to finish we have had an excellent experience. We (sorry my wife did and I just nodded!) had a new bathroom and kitchen installed at the same time. The design was adapted as we wanted including computer photography to show what it would look like. We were guided/helped throughout this process and always listened to us to make sure it was what we wanted. The installation was interesting because things 'behind the scene' came to light but these were discussed and a plan agreed. This included guidance regarding a little bit of building work. As we are doing the whole house out there were a few extra jobs that were not included in the plan which meant we could more on faster. Extra pipe work was completed between the two rooms making it a much tidier finished job. They brought in an electrician to sort out a few residual issues as well. The 'workers' were great. So polite and always engaging us in what was going on. They just got on with the job. They do like tea and biscuits! However at the end of the day the whole place is cleaned saving you time and effort. Any rubbish or debris is removed daily. Even an issue with a wrong sink being delivered (not Enigma's fault - the supplier) was dealt with professionally and all timescales were discussed with us. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

Enigma Kitchens & Bathrooms have recently renovated our downstairs bathroom, I cannot praise them enough ! I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The quality of the materials and the standard of their work was exceptional, they were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble when we asked advise. They are now booked to come and give us a quote for our kitchen, Well done Enigma !!

Last year Enigma completely redesigned our bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. They were very helpful in their suggestions and their system for costings made it really easy to understand the implications of any changes to specification, etc. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the fitter was a joy to have around the house. We have had no hesitation in recommending Enigma to our friends.

Enigma provided an excellent service. From our starting ideas, through designs, suggestions and computer visualisations, to ordering, fitting and finishing. The work was quickly completed to a high standard, and lived up to all our expectations. I would certainly recommend them.

We have had a downstairs toilet, en-suite shower room and kitchen replaced by Enigma Kitchens. We found them very helpful and the quality of the work was excellent. The timetable was kept to, not always easy. Very satisfied customer.
