The wheel was being dismantled on the day of our visit, not sure if it's a season thing or moving or just a safety aspect. But torquay was lovely to walk around and enjoy a few beverages on route.

You go round three times and it costs £6 for an adult which I thought was decent value for money. Children under 4 are free but obviously must be accompanied by an adult.
