We have been with this company for easily 15 years and had a cake at nearly every celebration. The last few times the cake quality, taste, toppings have diminished. We mostly get the chocolate fudge brownie cake, the toppings are barely there, and Aldi probably sell better tasting brownies. The cake from most recently was a chocolate fudge brownie cake, toppings were scarce, fudge and cake recipe seems to have changed altogether to a cheaper recipe … for £36 we’d like the cakes to be how they used to be… it was also lopsided Pics before and after
I tried the following new cheesecake ranges: Vanilla with Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Bites Vanilla cheesecake topped with @lotusbiscoffuk spread + crumbs on a crunchy biscuit base. Mango & Passion Fruit Cheesecake Bites Topped with tangy mango and passion fruit on a biscuit base. The combination of vanilla, lotus biscoff or tangy fruits mango + passionfruit worked so well with the creamy cheesecake and the crunchy biscuit base. The flavours are balanced which made them impossible to resist, the perfect bite-sized treats to end any meal. Salted Caramel & Blondie Frozen Cheesecake Tub Frozen cheesecake with salted caramel ripple, white chocolate blondie cubes and chunks of digestive biscuit. Chocolate Fudge & Cookie Dough Frozen Cheesecake Tub Frozen chocolate cheesecake with cookie dough pieces, fudge sauce and digestive biscuit. These new frozen cheesecake tubs have their delicious cheesecake recipe including the signature crunchy biscuit base - blended it up and put it in a tub. The various textures/flavours are simply indulgent, certainly worth all the calories. Both bites and tubs are also suitable for vegetarians or vegans. They are available in Supermarkets Nationwide - Waitrose, Sainsburys and Coop stores.
Bought a Beautiful Delicious Honeycomb & White Chocolate Cheesecake for Christmas as a treat for after our dinner. I normally make my own but I do love a treat from this Company. The delivery was super fast and always kept updated on times. It came well packaged and frozen, pre sliced into 14 generous slices. I also added a Special Personalized Chocolate Disc which just made it that extra Special. Beautifully done, tasted Amazing and the whole family was very pleased. It lasted over 3 days in the fridge and tasted just as good as on the first day. Being a family of 7 it didn’t last too long lol. If you have never bought a cake from this Company “it’s a must” and you won’t be disappointed. This is the only Company I buy from and I’ve had many. I can’t wait to try more, plus they do Vegan too, my daughter will be happy. Looking forward to ordering again very soon. Thanks again and keep up the great work you all do. Lovely taste so don't mind spending £3.50 for two slices but the packaging is appalling. Can not even plate up the slices without it all looking a mess. All this for £3.50 what a joke! Supermarkets need to dump this brand. Waitrose cheesecake is way better taste and much better packaging.
I purchased the 6 cheesecake bites from Tesco and while me and my family enjoyed the taste of them i snuck the last one as an afternoon treat for myself and then felt something sharp at the back of my throat I managed to bring whatever it was to the front of mouth and spat out a sharp piece of plastic which after inspecting I noticed was from the tray the cheese cakes are in. Thank god it was me and not my child who had to go through that. I won’t be purchasing again, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy them. I suggest you change your packaging!
I am well known amongst my family and friends for being a 'pudding person'. These are without exception, the best cheesecakes in existence. I see there are some reviews which are negative but if you get anything posted there may be issues, rate them on the taste! ;0
Purchased some of their lotus biscoff sundaes from Sainsbury's. A product not advertised as vegan, so you'd expect it to me made with typical sundae ingredients like cream. So just as I'm about to dig into my dessert I check the ingredients, surprise surprise the a non-vegan product has been made with non dairy cream which is made with lentils. Being allergic to lentils, this was pretty disappointing considering lentils are making their way into vegan products, and this not being vegan. Wish I'd checked the ingredients before buying but typically you wouldn't expect lentils in a sundae. Will avoid going forward.
Used to love the cakes and cheesecakes from here but prices seemed to have nearly doubled, £56 for one cheesecake! We also ordered the choc fudge cake and I don’t know if they’re changed the cake/recipe but it was not enjoyable at all. We remember it used to be amazing! What’s happened?? Used to order for nearly everyone’s bday but don’t think we’ll be ordering again.

So you think placing an order for edible goods will be delivered with care and some sort of consideration for the recipient in mind. So why is it ok for a cheesecake that cost me over £70 plus delivery, the delivery driver thinks it's ok to leave on the doorstep without knocking the door or any other notification to let one know it's delivered, to only then have it robbed and when you get in touch with the company in question they can't even have the decency to respond back, it's been days and days I've contacted them with my complaint and still not heard off them, this was back in 2022 it's now 2023. I've never dealt with such a company who can't even be bothered getting back to their customers in a quick timely manner. Surely it doesn't take this long to get back by email, or are all your staff still on holiday from Christmas? I think surely not!!!! Highly disappointed and seriously annoyed!!!!
Bought a full cheesecake for the first time. Half of the cheesecake had a filling depth of less than 1 cm. The drizzled chocolate was all up the sides presumably because that is where the filling should be. I contacted customer services with photos, they asked for more photos and the batch number from the box. I provided this and they sent it to the “Technical Department“. I didn’t get a further reply so emailed again I was sent an email which said “ Refund it” and then one attached which explained that there were no problems with the production, nobody else had had a problem and I was to provide my receipt for a bank transfer refund. This whole process took over two weeks and I told them politely they could keep the refund, it seems to me they obviously need the money more than they need my future custom or to generate any goodwill!
