Wow wow wow, so pleased with the spray insulation in the loft that Alan from Energy Ease did last week. Our loft had so much condensation that we had to do something and the spray foam has been the best result. Our loft is now free of condensation and no longer has a cold damp feel to it. Alan came back this week to board the loft, we now have a really useful loft, it’s so warm. I wish everyone that came to our house to do jobs was like Alan, he is such a pleasant man who was so considerate of our home, he put sheets down where he was walking, covered things to keep them clean, and cleared up at the end of the job. A truly honest man with a wonderful work ethic. I always struggle when workmen are in my home but as soon as I met Alan I was put at ease and trusted him implicitly, he didn’t let me down. A fabulous job, excellent company and all round 100 carat gold man. Thank you so much.

I consider Energy Ease Ltd’s service to be the standard that all contractors should strive to attain. Alan Hall was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and punctual, was considerate of my household and neighbours and insulated our roof exactly as specified, we were kept informed at all times and the area of access and operations including our brickwork drive was protected before commencement of spraying and cleaned and tidied prior to departure. Definitely a 5 stars job very well done, thanks.

Alan was fantastic and came to site to check it out before giving a quote - it’s not a typical build and we wanted it to be seen before we committed.  The team came and insulated the floor, roof and gable ends it’s an A frame house, and were very clean and tidy. They did a great job and it’s very noticeable even without a heating system in that it’s great insulation and also pretty good soundproofing too, we live by the A road which runs through the village and it’s made a difference to how much we hear.  Can’t recommend Alan enough, professional and does what he says he’ll do.

I can highly recommend Alan at Energy Ease. I wish I had this done few years ago. Our house is now warm equally in all room and my heater is having a rest. We are also able to use the loft room during winter now. This product is incredible. Alan was so helpful all the way through nothing was too much trouble. Some other company wouldn’t even come for quotes because of the loft room but Alan found a solution around it.

Alan is very knowledgeable and personable. He keeps you in the loop at all times and keeps to dates and timeframes. Pricing is competitive, I was offered slightly cheaper by other companies who started off high and then dropped their price as soon as I said no to their original price. With Energy Ease it was the best rate straight away. The guys that actually did the job where polite and worked clean in the main. Was not an issue for me, but 2 things to watch for. 1 the guys left a couple of foam covered plastic boards they had used in the loft, I believe this was an oversight 2 they moved a number of items stored in the loft. I had the understanding  that they would cover and work around the items. Again the guys put the items back in the area they came from, but not in an organized way. This is me being pedantic but could upset others. The upstairs of the house is now a consistent temperature and condensation on the inside of the windows has reduced dramatically.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Honest and open approach to what we needed. No hard sell was a definite bonus! On installation day the team took great pains to limit the inconvenience to us two kids doing home schooling plus ourselves working from home. Quick, efficient and tidy hardly any mess left after they had finished!. 100% recommend giving them a call.

Icynene has been the perfect solution. It has allowed us to have another room we can use all year round. Alan has been fantastic throughout and his team did a professional job from start to finish. I couldn't recommend enough.

From first phone call, communication was excellent throughout,  any questions were answered.  Arrived on time and completed as per quote. Friendly staff and they cleaned up once they finished. Had my loft insulated earlier in the year The job was done in less than a day, and the two workers tidied up after and made sure I was satisfied with the results before they left. Would recommend to others.
