All the staff are friendly. The vet was kind and caring to my dogs to put them at ease. She was knowledgeable and explained things well. More than happy with the service and the prices are reasonable too.

We recently attended End Cottage for our dog Oakley's Rabies Vaccine. We were booked in with the amazing vet Caz, she was absolutely fantastic! She knows Oakley from previous appointments and she knows how nervous he gets but she took her time with him and allowed us to do what we have been practicing!nnEnd Cottage staff are all amazing and supportive! Special mention to Caz as we felt super supported during the process and Oakley is so much better and trusting of the vets. Instead of being worried about going to the vets, we feel more confident now.

We came to end cottage with our pup 2 years ago and they have been nothing short but incredible, our belle can be apprehensive but is always welcomed provided with space and time to relax even the reception team pop over for a fuss once shes settled and she loves that. Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else the vets are very welcoming and full of information they are happy to provide giving many options and time tso understand there is no pressure selling and they really do have the health of our dogs as the priority

Can't rate this place enough. Excellent service from a vets that actually cares for your pet instead of just trying to make as much money as they can from you.nBeen to various different vets over the years and none even come close to End Cottage Vets. We're not local to the area and we travel over 30 minutes from our home due to the outstanding service we receive, not just from the actual vet but from all the staff 5* +

All staff really friendly and welcoming. Nell’s vet really took the time to make Nell’s first visit a positive experience for her. Thank you.
