We've used end cottage for over 12 yrs now. They are really friendly and a lot cheaper than our local vets. The thing i've found really good is how they are with the animals.. You realise that they really do care just by how they interact with the animals. 
They always give good advice too.  Definatley five stars from me

The place exudes calmness and confidence. My dog was at ease for the whole experience.
Addition: My dog needed surgery. She was looked after with perfect efficiency and professional care. I am confident that my dog was (and is ) in good hands.

This is by far the nicest, calmest and most reasonably priced vets in the area. 
All the vets that work here clearly absolutely love animals and know exactly what to do to find out what's wrong. 
My kitten loved his visit recently and with the pet plan we have joined for just £11 a month I know I am never going to be stung by any nasty surprises. 
We travel from Goole to Howden for this surgery as we feel that no other veterinary practice comes close with respect to quality of care. 
Attatched is a picture of my British blue Teddy after his first trip to the vets last week.
