I have never posted a review before but I was so impressed with the service at enchanted florists. I felt I really needed to praise them . We had sadly lost my mum so we had the emotional task of choosing flowers and writing the appropriate attached cards for  the funeral . I choose a design called the gates of heaven , I showed the staff a photo of one I had seen elsewhere and am happy to say their creation was even better. My dad went to the shop on his own. He chose his flowers but had trouble writing the card . He was a bit confused and emotional . The staff went above the call of duty and made him a cup of tea rang me calmed him down. They asked what he would like to put on the card and wrote it for him. Fantastic service and beautiful flowers . I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered flowers for a funeral for a friend of my parents. I explained it was for a man and wanted to bring in some West Ham colours but was unsure what arrangement to go for. On the telephone the lady was very helpful telling me prices and suggesting I look at their website to choose. I decided on a doughnut shape all white with claret and blue display to one side. She said they started at a certain price - I explained we wanted to spend a bit more so she said it would be large. When I saw the flowers on the day, they looked nice but I was shocked at the very small arrangement !!!! I do feel that maybe this is the size they start at and the person making the arrangement hadn't seen the word large written on the order ?? But obviously for a funeral they are needed for that day and changes cant be made once they are there. I am not from Leigh so not familiar with florists in that area, I had to just google one as the funeral was from Leigh - I have to say the flowers although looked pretty, was in my opinion too small for what we had paid.

I was given a bouquet from a child in my class on 13.12.18, and they are still looking amazing now, on Christmas day. I've literally done nothing to them as they are hand tied, in a box. I am really impressed and will definitely be using Enchanted Florist in the future. Thank you very much. Kate

Six years ago my bridal flowers were arranged & delivered from them. They made my day extra special. I will be using them again this week under sadder circumstances! But know they will do me proud x

Always buy my flowers here for my shop or as a gift.  I have had these delivered to my house on a couple of occasions as well.  Super helpful and friendly staff!

I had some Mother’s Day flowers delivered £30 +3 pound delivery the worst flowers I have ever seen totally disappointed you could’ve got better for 5 pounds from Waitrose never again
