After much rooting around numerous websites, magazines and media reviews I settled on treating myself to an electric bike from Emu. So glad that I did, the new bike is a treat, looks great, handles well and is well balanced for me and my navigator see photo The whole purchasing experience was a doddle, delivery bang on time and with so little setting up to do we hit the road in no time at all. The NE of Scotland can be quite hilly  so having the boost of electrical assist has been amazing. The bike has been much admired and l even let a total stranger have a loan of it for five minutes minus navigator of course Hope that he takes the plunge and treats himself too. We are enjoying the bike and thanks to all at Emu for a first class package. I only wish I had seen the light sooner

I bought this Emu ebike to celebrate getting the vaccine and finally coming out of lockdown 69 years old.  I did a lot of web research and settled on Emu. I have been delighted by the service from Motabitz Allan and Graeme, Salisbury and from the central Emu sales team.  Ben Nurse has been very helpful. I have put on 25lbs in Covid lockdown which I intend to lose.  In the week that i have had the bike I have done 50 km up and down the hills around Salisbury some very steep between Harnham and Coombe Bisset south of the Salisbury Racecourse.  I weigh 245 lbs after going for 12 months without regular excercise, and the bike takes me up those hills with ease when I do mild pedalling almost as though I were on a flat.  You can adjust the assist level so that you do as much of the work as you feel capable of doing.  Perfect solution for me and i am delighted by the bike, by the service, and by the light at the end of the Covid tunnel.

Great bike 20 month's in 3600 miles and going well,new brake pads and a new chain . Had to upgrade the tryes after a couple of punctures early on and a new rear light as the wires broke. However with stand,mud guards, and rear rack very good value. So good my wife has one now.Thanks Emu.

The best of electric bikes. I've owned two of these having sold on my first for an excellent price after 2 years. I commute using this every day and I absolutely love it. Super reliable and has made my daily commute truly a joyous experience. Wonderful bike. Great company with real integrity. Couldn't recommend more.

I have an Emu Mini folding electric bike. Just fantastic, no more hills . All routes are ironed out to flat. Easy to fold making it ideal for commuting. Drum gears so no messy chain issues. Quality strong build to the bike. Just a joy to ride, the future of cycling is here.

We damaged the rear light assembly on my wife's Emu bike. I contacted Emu and they responded immediately by offering to send free of charge a replacement wiring kit. My wife loves her Emu bike and also we are impressed with the quick  response. Well done Emu Team.

Purchased one EMU bike on line and assembly was relatively easy but required a call to EMU to finalise the handlebar settings. Wa s o please with the bike purchased a second for my wife - however there were several problems when trying to assemble the bike and EMU immediately determined the fault and arranged for the bike to be collected free of charge. The same bike was delivered a week later and assembly was then strait forward. The customer service was excellent and they should be recommend for their attention to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Outstanding customer service!  Having done online research about Emu  electric bikes which seemed to get good reviews, I contacted Emu directly for some advice together with a number of queries. Petra was fantastic!!! She always responded quickly and was so patient and helpful with all of my questions. I got the impression she actually cared, and on one occasion her message said "we had a discussion, and.....' which indicated that again she cared enough to follow it up with others. This seems like a really good team of people. I have now bought an Emu electric bike; the test rides bode well - with no battery assist, the bike rides very smoothly with little effort on flat ground at least. I am now looking forward to charging the battery and taking it out for a ride. Thank you to Petra and everyone at Emu bikes, for your help.

Love my Emu. Been looking for an electric bike for a while now. I wanted one that was low maintenance with generous battery at a reasonable price. Emu ticked every box.  It is fun, comfortable and classy. Even during my winter rides it puts a smile on my face. Perfect.

Have had my Emu for six years now & been very pleased with it. It has completed almost eight thousand km., with few problems. Have upgraded the tyres & otherwise just routine maintenance. One weakness was the wiring to the lights, which was too flimsy and was upgraded to be more robust. Has proved to be excellent machine for local shopping, local rides & for towing trailer on Sustrans Work Days. Replaced the battery after five years.
