I can’t thank Dr Kalsi and his team enough for my Invisalign treatment. I hated my smile and how my teeth looked but now my treatment is complete I have so much more confidence. I now love my teeth and it’s only taken 10 months. I’m blown away by how much they’ve worked. It has totally changed my life and I’m so grateful. Dr Kalsi and his team were fantastic. I felt totally at ease and felt how much they cared. To top it all off the plan was also half the cost of my local dentist. 100% recommend

I started my Invisalign journey in November last year and I am so pleased with the results. I'd experienced severe headaches due to my jaw/bite. Following your reply I would like to set the record straight. I had already had the treatment therefore it was my choice to not to go back to the dentist who damaged my gum. So I was no longer under her care. i was after a opinion to see what could be done to repair the damage done. It is entirely my right to seek another opinion. The way you dealt with me from beginning to the end was despicable. You had almost a month to ask for a referral, you did it at the week end knowing perfectly it was going to be difficult to achieve. I got on with it, but it was still not good enough and you cancelled on the ground that the time table was not suitable. A very lame excuse if you ask me! You certainly did not try to fit me in. That was the best way to get rid of me and not to have to deal with an awkward situation. You did not display an ounce of sympathy to help me to find the best way forward to restore my gum. I was pretty desperate to seek expert advice. It is just simply too easy to use practice policy as a shield. The hygienist issue, Mrs Biddle was made aware of it at the time and apologised for the poor standard. It was probably before your time. I suggest you should check your facts before replying in the future.
Highly recommend Dr Harpreet Kalsi and the entire team at Emsworth Dental. Took my mother for a dental implant and my wife for Invisalign. Instantly felt welcome from the start all the way through. Treatment explained well and taken care of. Any phobias are instantly taken away. Very polite and calming environment. High quality service. Delightful place. Thank you to all.
I'd not been to a dentist for over 20 years due to a severe dental phobia. I was forced to seek a dentist because of severe toothache but couldn't find an NHS dentist. I looked into Emsworth Dental Surgery as I live locally and I can honestly say it's the best decision I've made. I made them aware of my fear and they couldn't have been nicer or kinder to me and I wasn't made to feel stupid. My dentist is now Isla Lowe and she is simply superb! Kind, gentle and understanding she has made my treatment almost a pleasure. Had a tooth extraction today and it went really well. I would definitely recommend this practice
Had a crown fall out, not originally fitted by Emsworth dental surgery. I went in today and was seen by Harry and his assistant, wow..great service really relaxed atmosphere, Harry explained everything he was doing and I was in and out with 35 mins, great price, super service. I would recommend the Dental practice to anyone.
