Friendly staff nice security officer's but very slow

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
BIASED and HUMILIATING!

Not something you would expect from a court in England (a lighthouse in judicial standards for the whole world) - but I was shocked myself. Read on.

Went there in order to seek justice in my employment case, however left disappointed and even more harassed - now by a judge and the respondents.

I felt as if the Tribunal's judge was randomly picked from a street - he lacked thoroughness and the very simple logic to conduct the case.
The Judge was biased from the onset, favouring the employer - and was determined and openly unwilling not to take any Claimant's (ex employee's) evidence and findings into account.

The hearing was flawed in many ways. 
The judge failed to take swearing from respondents.
At one point the Judge even gave a legal advice to the respondents. 
On top of the aforementioned obvious bias, the judge even was cynically laughing at me by repeating "Yeah yeah - all the world conspired against you! We heard that!"

At first, I could not believe this was really happening in the courthouse - I was disorientated to a point I felt like I was being pranked.

Now, after something like this, you leave this majestic court building with a feeling of being FUNDAMENTALLY let down.

Now you understand WHY they have this banner on the door saying - NO RECORDING ALLOWED, (..) CRIMINAL OFFENCE.
The 1st being their request, the latter is probably what they are guilty of or commited to hiding to...that's my personal explanation I can only find any sense in...

If you hope to see justice in these Tribunals, think again - because the standard will likely fall short of your expectations.

staff overworked but remain v helpful and professional.  They have good telephone manner and I suspect have to put up with a load of hassle from Court Users.
