Had such an awful experience this was my second time nails done by wan and I had realised that one nail was wonky and some acrylic stuck behind the nails as I tried to go back the shop had shut. So I waited until Monday to go back, On Monday I had noticed the colour had changed and gone dark in some areas of the nail looked horrible, so I called to book an appointment and asked if I could change the colour for free as I had only just got them done the lady said yes so I headed down. So I just asked for a change of colour and to sort the nail out he said he cannot change the colour it would cost me another 10pound even though the lady said I could change it for free but ok.. so then he sorted the wonky nail out but changed the shape of the nail to a very pointy shape when my other nails were very oval so I said I cannot have one pointy nail and then different shape other nails looks weird so then he kept swapping chairs with people and then a lady came up to me and asked what the issue was so I just said look one nail is very pointy and the others are oval shape she said that's just the nail colour which it definitely wasn't I'm not stupid, and then held hold of my hands and showed them to another lady having her nails done and said does this look different shape does it! The coustmer looking at me very embarrassed and said she doesn't know! Well course not she isn't the lady doing my nails!!!!!!!!! So I said I'll pay for you to change all nails which I did and he kept saying next time ask for the right shape etc but I did you changed the nail and was going to let me walk out with different shape nails! Not good enough never going back horrible experience and very rude! Such a shame.

Just been for a manicure and pedicure at Emily nails, the guy was very friendly! I am 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and I was looked after very well! Would definitely recommend!

Over filed nails so thin that the acrylic burned when applied, also cut my three items f my fingers whilst filing the acrylic- didn't apologise once! Never been back since.

Nails just do not keep going after 5 days, easy to fall off

My nail technician is amazing, any design I come up with she's done and the price is more than affordable!
