The meal was simply exquisite, presentation was executed very well and food bursting with flavor. Price wise was very affordable and the atmosphere was comforting. Waiting staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10, would gladly recommend Emiliano’s if your looking for a restaurant in Waterford with great food.
Wow - one of the best meals I have ever had! Each bite made me happier and happier! The wait staff was so friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable too. We’re visiting from the United States and I wish Emiliano’s was local for us, so that I could recommend it to everyone we know! We had the garlic bread pizza and meatballs to start. The lasagna and ravioli in mushroom cream sauce for our main course. Then finally ended with the cannolis for dessert. Just an all around incredible experience!
This restaurant is a gem. Booked for my mum's birthday and we were so happy! My mushroom ravioli with hazelnuts was to die for! Pizza is also so good and you can never go wrong with a seafood pasta. Tiramisù is a big portion, definitely to share. The ice cream is actually so delicious! Tastes so authentic and is so flavourful. My mum got a surprise candle with her dessert and all waiters gathered around the table to sing her happy birthday. Thank you Emiliano's for such a wonderful dinner P. S. Definitely try the cocktails, especially strawberry daiquiri and mohito. Not too strong but will go so well with the food.
Had Arancini as a starter. Could do with more flavor, bit bland. The Filet Steak for main was very good. Overall good Service and nice food. Certainly one of the few good restaurants in Waterford.Food: 4/5

We went with friends to Emiliano's Restaurant in Waterford for my birthday. Table booked with a Happy Birthday banner. Very warm welcome by Emiliano himself. Excellent and very fine meal with Italian specialities. The staff, who are partly Italian, are very friendly and always take care of their customers. We will be back very soon.
Absolutely the Best Italian restaurant in town, it's not just food, it is an experience. Very busy restaurant, try to book in advance. Sunday on lunch time you may get a table easily. As always everything was absolutely amazingly delicious.
My favourite restaurant by far. The food is simply beautiful. I had the goats cheese to start, absolutely gorgeous and the Cannelloni for main course this time. The sauce on the Cannelloni was perfect, some places it can be very sloppy and sickly but here in Emilianos it is perfect. The staff are just amazing, they are friendly, charming and oh so funny if you want to have a laugh with them. Service is outstanding. We have had nearly all our celebrations here, Holy Communion, Confirmation, 21st, 18th, general birthdays etc. Thank you Emilianos for making my daughters 18th so memorable. We will see you again soon.
A fine welcome once you step inside. Very attentive waiting staff. The restaurant is very atmospheric and simulates Italy very well. Room is at a premium on ground floor due to the size of the restaurant with tables quite close to one another. This is not off-putting but adds to the intimate atmosphere. First floor is much smaller and usually seats large parties who want space together. Not as intimate as ground floor in my opinion. If any of your party is infirm or immobile let them know in advance and you can request ground floor seating. Food here is really top notch and has been for over a decade. I’ve been a patron since 2001 and it is still our family’s favourite restaurant. Emiliano himself is on hand each evening and welcomes everyone like long lost family. It is genuine and earnest. He loves to see repeat customers and he has seen our children grow up over the years from family celebrations at his restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend Emiliano’s for its consistently good food, intimate Italian atmosphere, and excellent service.
In my opinion, this is by far one of the best restaurants in Waterford. Impeccable service. I was exceptionally well attended, I received a fantastic recommendation from one of the waiters about what I should order. Fresh food, tasty, good variety of wines to go with it. I trully recommend the visit. And one of the interesting things about the restaurant: most of the functionaries are of the same nationality as the restaurant. It's not just a place for a meal, it's an experience. Believe me, worth the visit!
