Rude driver, seriously rude! Plus charges you whatever he wants. Same route charged me 3 different prices everytime. Won’t call him anymore neither should anyone.

Booked a taxi from anchor last night, under my name, out by half one and no where to be seen apparent he took another fare. Once I finally got a hold of him 20/30 mins later he gave us a lift back. Fare costing £10, handed £20 to him, he fumbled around in his pockets for approx 15-20 secs before handing me one £5 note and told me ‘alright see you again’ I was prompt to correct him it was £10 change he actually owed me. Don’t trust this taxi service and question if he has a licence to be even taxiing - considering above and also his physical taxi just saying ‘taxi’, online he operates under ‘Embassy Cabs/taxi’ then in person he hands out ‘abc taxi’ cards? Won’t be using his service again.
Meter was already at 4 pound before we got in the car and then yesterday evening then he ran over my foot on and stopped and smiled and left after hit and run
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the taxi and they told me they would be 5 minutes. When they tooted the horn I was straight out and they were already going back out of the estate. I rang to ask what was going on and I didn't even get to talk before I was called a time waster. He said he had parked at the back off the address which he HAD NOT! And he said he had knocked on the back door which he HAD NOT! When I said they're was six people at the address and no one heard or seen him come to the door he suddenly changed his mind and said "oh ok I will turn the car around". He was so rude and I will not be ringing this company again.
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Failed to show up . And was given an excuse after I called 5 minutes after the expected arrival time. Again NOT RECOMMENDED!
Arrived on time, good service.
