Whether shopping, dining or just browsing, just love the ease of this well laid out department store especially on rainy days. The service is exceptional! In every department, I found staff friendly and helpful.
Wife and nieces love this department store, brilliant for shoes. Lovely helpful staff in the shoes section. They also have a great little Italian coffee place on the first floor and a very good restaurant on the 3rd flr. Open from 9.30am – 4:30pm You should try their wonderful breakfasts.. The men’s section on the ground floor stocks quite an interesting range of formal wear. They’ve recently launched a rewards card called Elys Rewards - you will earn Rewards points every time you shop in-store. The store gets pretty festive during the Christmas season. Your fragrance and cosmetics department is your front of house first impression of your store. Beyond rude and snooty - never to return to the rest of the store. Time people learned some manners and customer service - wow surely you can do better !!!!

Elys Store is a life saver! Having shopped in this lovely store for over 30 years, I have seen many marvellous changes from the installation of air conditioning in the 80’s to the development of the restaurant and cafe, along with exciting fashion store concessions from clothing to beauty to homeware. However, an element that cannot be faulted, is the level of professionalism and friendliness from the staff in all departments. The hard work and thoroughness with which Elys staff perform their tasks is rare these days. To be mentioned, are the super staff who make up the Clarins team on the ground floor. This amazing collective, have looked after my complexion and well being for years and always have a cheerful and efficient approach with their recommendations. No hard sell here, just super knowledge of their products and a tailor made service available to all. An example of retail success!
Very nice shop in the centre of Wimbledon. Lovely café for cream teas. Booking would be best. The store has everything you need. It's like John Lewis.
Love Ely's especially now with no debenhams. It's close to me so I can just pop in. They have most designers but Oasis has gone. Good bargains when they have a sale. Would definitely recommend.
The manager and staff member called Ayesha at the Sif Jakobs area were fabulous! They were extremely helpful, well mannered and friendly. Would recommend shopping here 10/10 Customer service.
The dessert , was well satisfying, the toasty looked great, however was just okay
