Ely Funeral Services organised my father's funeral last month. The staff there could not have been kinder, more considerate or efficient. They came to discuss arrangements with us at home one evening as Mum was not well, produced a wheelchair for her to sit in when we viewed the flowers after the funeral and today personally delivered a beautifully bound book with the order of service and photographs of the flowers. The service was very smoothly organised and was respectful and dignified. And we were never at any point steered to pay for more extras or to go for more expensive options. I cannot think of a single thing they could have improved upon. We were in safe hands. Thank you on behalf of all the family.
